James and Betty Carman have been the Arizona District Bishops for the past 26 years. Prior to taking office, the Carmans Pastored in Surprise, AZ for 11 years and in Glendale for 3 years seeing great success in both places. Bishop Carman served as the Arizona District Presbyter for 6 years.

missing image Tony Blevins - Presbyter Tony and Juanita Blevins have been the Pastors of River of Life PCG in Globe, AZ for the past 22 years. Pastor Tony has served faithfully on the District Board for over 10 years as the Salt River Sectional Presbyter and was ellected District Presbyter at the 2007 Convention. Prior to their tenure at ROL, they Pastored in El Reno, OK (1961) and Gilbert, AZ. (1964-65). In 1965-1970 they moved to Houston, TX where they received their B.A. degrees in Missions. Following gradation from SBC they were missionaries in Mexico and Guatemala from 1971-78.
Tony and Juanita have been married for 45 years and have 2 grown sons (Terry, a Gila county detective; and Rodney, a YWAM missionary to Holland.), and 3 grandchildren (Colin, Lisa, and Sarah). To contact Tony Belivins you may email him at presbyter@pcgaz.org.

Jon Jennings has been the District Secretary for the Arizona District since 1998. An Ordained Minister since 1991, Jon has had a very active Spirit-Filled ministry. For over 20 years he has served the body of Christ in many Pastoral and Apostolic capacities with a strong anointing in worship, songwriting, preaching and leadership development. During his years of ministry he has traveled across the United States and other nations ministering in local churches, Bible Colleges, conferences, and camps. His passion is to see the body of Christ and its leaders come into a greater awareness of His Presence through worship; and to realize the fullness of God’s destiny as His Kingdom invades and inhabits the earth.
